Finishes and Features

Circului Park Tower provides high quality finishes and features in the apartments and penthouses.

INTERIOR

The apartments are delivered with the following set of finishes:

  • Valentino porcelain tiles for the interior flooring (to which was used adhesive mortar, waterproofing and acrylic joint sealant on levelling screed)

  • Valentino tiles on the walls

  • Walls and ceilings plastered and finished with polishing plaster coat

  • Emulsion paint on the ceiling

  • Ideal Standard Stainless steel bathroom fittings

  • Ideal Standard fine porcelain washstand

  • Hydro massage bathtab infrastructure (in 4 and 5 room apartments)

  • Ideal Standard rectangular type bathtub with drainage vent, siphon, mixing battery with flexible shower hose and bracket or shower fixing. Bathtubs: built around with bricks and frontals covered with tiles or covered with mask from the same material like the bathtubs

  • Shower trays (square or on the corner)

  • Fully equipped sanitary installation

  • Mechanical ventilation with separate switch

  • The electrical circuit of the bathrooms has electrical safety fuse with differential protection

  • Infrastructure for the washing machine

  • Drain trap on the bathroom floor

  • Porcelain tiles for the interior flooring, fixed with adhesive mortar, hydro insulating additive, including joint lute, on a levelling concrete slab finish

  • The joint transition covered with an appropriate aluminium joint cover

  • Exterior railing made of glass (in order not to obstruct the exceptional view)

  • Interior doors laminated with oak imitation or wenge, with wooden frame and stainless steel door knob

  • Entrance lock door with metallic work frame and plate sheet, painted anticorrosive, interior sound proof, MDF on fronts, one door fold, in full, with gaskets on frames, with door hinges and tightening interior brush, including three locking points and viewfinder

  • Exterior joinery of aluminum with thermal barrier, produced by ALUMIL, triple glass windows with mobile and fixed triple glass panels and doors, with triple glass curtain wall to the park, having incorporated simple or double opening. All windows have exterior aluminum sills

  • Thermal-system with mineral wool of 100 mm of BAUMIT including primer and mesh reinforcement

  • ALUCOBOND cladding, including 100 mm mineral wool for thermal insulation

INSTALLATIONS

  • Water supply for domestic use: the water supply is provided by APA NOVA, every apartment has its own water consumption counter

  • Each apartment has the infrastructure for an individual heating system, located in the kitchen

  • PURMO radiators in each apartment are installed

  • Each bathroom has a ventilator, whose operation is controlled separately

  • The kitchens are provided with ventilation system for the natural ventilation required by the existing gas pipe

Low voltage:

  • The low voltage installation includes data voice and television

  • The data voice installation is designed radial from the distributor placed on the ground floor. One data-voice socket installed in the living rooms or halls

  • The television installation is designed radial from the distributor placed on the ground floor. Each room has one television port

  • The plugs and switchers are LEGRAND

High Voltage:

  • The power supply system is connected to an own electrical transformer of 630 KVA. The illumination and plugs circuits are powered by each floor panels

  • The electrical panels are provided with separate illuminating and plug circuits

  • The circuits are executed with electrical wires FY type or equivalent

  • All the circuits in the bathrooms are protected with safety electrical fuse with differential protection

  • The illuminating control in the common spaces is provided by local motion sensors

  • The terraces are provided with waterproof incandescent lights, one socket and air conditioning dose.

  • The essential electrical supply of the building has a back-up power diesel generator for critical facilities (elevators, fire protection installations, pumping station)

  • Lightning protection system PDA type according to the law
